Privacy Policy

Telligent collects personal data from you in the course of business. Such personal data include all information provided by you to Telligent, such as your name and prefix, the company you work for, your title or position, your contact information, and any other related information. The personal data will be retained in accordance with the retention period specified under applicable privacy laws.

Telligent collects and retains the data about you mainly by using two online tools. First, the website of Telligent may use web-based tools (eg Google Analytics) that use “cookies” to track website visitors on an anonymous basis and to aggregate the anonymous data regarding the pages visited and the length of time spent. The visitors can opt-out by appropriate settings on their browser. Second, the communications between Telligent and you in emails, phones, and face-to-face meetings may be recorded by using web-based relationship management tools (eg Salesforce). These data collected are for managing and administering the relationship between Telligent and you, and also for fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations. If you no longer wish to receive further communications from Telligent, you may contact us.

To fulfill the regulatory requirements set by the financial regulators, Telligent may (a) process identification documents collected directly from you; and (b) perform background checks from publicly available sources. These personal data are for the performance of the contract between Telligent and you. A variety of technical measures are deployed by Telligent to help protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or destruction. To achieve these purposes, Telligent needs to transfer your personal data away from the jurisdiction in which you provide it. This means that the data could possibly be subject to a less restricted data protection regime. Where this is the case, Telligent will still implement appropriate measures to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Telligent may share your personal data with (a) its parent company and associated companies, and (b) certain trusted third parties in accordance with contractual arrangements in place with them, including auditor, financial institution, fund administrator, fund distributor, lawyer, etc. But Telligent does not sell, rent or otherwise make personal information commercially available to any third party for monetary or non-monetary benefit.
